Timing and planning

Weekdays in December fill quickly with work parties, and weekends in late November and December book first for family days. If your date is fixed, ask for a quote early.

Santa usually stays for 30 minutes to a few hours depending on the event. A gift hand-out for a large team takes longer than people expect, so tell us the number of guests and how you plan to do the gifts. Having gifts sorted by name before Santa arrives makes it run smoothly.

If you are advertising the event to staff and their families, wait until your Santa is confirmed. Once he is, the client portal includes free simple promotional flyers you can use.

You get a free instant quote online with no obligation. Nothing is paid until your Santa is allocated. After that, you can pay securely online or request an invoice, which most businesses prefer. Your booking details are all in the client portal for your records.

Every performer holds a current Working With Children Check or the state equivalent, such as the VIC Working with Children Check, NSW WWCC, QLD Blue Card, WA WWC Card, SA Working with Children Check, ACT WWVP registration, NT Ochre Card or TAS Registration to Work with Vulnerable People. This is useful if your event includes children and your workplace has policies on this.
